We are happy to help you. We have an easy return policy within 15 days of delivery.

1. In which cases can I return the product?

All products (except any product bought during SALE) purchased from, are applicable for return.

We accept return of product in unused condition and with all its original tag and invoice intact within 15 days of order delivery.

On returns, you can request for replacement or refund of product amount to your "Wallet". Refer to Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Refund of COD charges [if any] is NOT applicable

We shall process the request as soon as the product is received back in OKAY condition You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder)

2. What is the procedure for returns?

Raise a return request via. our return authorization (RA) panel [MyAccount - RETURN / EXCHANGE]

Once we receive the request, a return confirmation email will be sent to you and reverse pick-up shall be arranged for the same. We shall notify you the logistic partner details via. e-mail

The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pincodes.

For Pincode where reverse-pick is not available, you need to self-ship your returns. You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we suggest you to courier it through a reliable courier service provider for timely and safe returns

Note: For replacements, once the return request is processed, use the credit in your wallet in account to place the new order anytime

1. What is the terms and conditions for Refund?
  • Refund can be applied for any product you ordered within 15 days of its date of delivery.
  • All refunds will be credited in your YOLOCLAN Wallet. You can use this to shop on anytime
  • If you shopped as guest user, you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access wallet
  • If you need any support for any other requests or queries regarding this, please write to us at [email protected]
  • Note: Refund of COD charges [if any] is NOT applicable

2. Do you refund Courier/ shipping charges?

  • Yes. We do have a policy of bearing the courier charges for self shipped items. Please share the invoice to [email protected]
  • The maximum reimbursement is upto Rs. 100. The amount whichever is lower shall be added to to your Wallet.
  • No, incase reverse pick-up was arranged by the company.

3. What is the duration of refund procedure?

  • Once we receive your product we shall perform quality checks.
  • If okay, we will initiate the refund procedure within 24 hours.
  • Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your MyAccount - Wallet. Use this to shop anytime.

4. What should I do if I haven't received my refund in my wallet?

  • We send email to update our customers once we initiate the refund procedure.
  • If you received such email that we have initiated the refund procedure, please wait for the process to complete.

1. What is the procedure to cancel my order?

For all COD orders, you can cancel it directly from the registered account before it gets shipped.

For prepaid orders, please refer to Retun Policy for details.

The refund amount will be added to the customer’s Wallet. Refer to Refund Policy for details.

If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it.

If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else. Refer to Return and Refund policies for details.

2. What is the delivery time period?

Orders within Delhi-NCR India are delivered within 3 - 4 working days. Orders within rest of India are delivered within 5 - 7 working days. However, the delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

3. Are there any shipping charges applied?
